Resources
There are many good resources you can use to work with your mental health. The starting point for the resources I offer here is Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is based on cognitive methods and behavioral therapy (CBT)).
You can read more about ACT here.
You can train your brain to live more in the present and be present with yourself and your surroundings. It has a relaxing effect in stressful situations and it allows you to live a life with meaning and content despite thoughts and feelings that otherwise disturb and make you focus on future worries or past experiences.
A little worksheet that you can use for yourself or in connection with therapy. There are a few different things, and the sources are in both Danish and English.
Bækkely is not the only source of resources on the web. Here is a small collection that I have found and am passing on to you.
